Weekday rate: from £200 per hour, dependent on the kind of tutoring and timeslot required. For an exact quote, please enquire.

Sessions longer or shorter than one hour are charged pro rata. However, I guarantee not to exceed the lesson time we have agreed in advance — if I over-run, I will not charge for the extra time.

 

I do not charge extra for travel expenses (although please note that I cannot usually travel further than a 30 minute journey from West Hampstead or Cambridge).

 

I also offer online and telephone lessons, for which the same hourly rate applies. I conduct a lot of my lessons online — more information about this can be found on my online page.

 

There is no additional charge for a second student, so two students can share the cost of the lesson.

 

For groups larger than two, a small additional fee may apply, depending on whether any additional preparation will be necessary. Please enquire for details.

 

My private tuition agency, Titanium Tutors, offers a number of excellent tutors, both in Classics and in other subjects. These tutors' rates range from £30 per hour to £96 per hour.
